1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 13jl platform, including the website at 13jl.onl, the 13jl Android application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 13jl and is intended solely for use by residents of the Philippines.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 13jl Platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 13jl or any affiliated entity.
• Your account must not be self-excluded, suspended, or otherwise restricted from using the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on the 13jl Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 13jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding bets or balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information at registration — including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally carried it out.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 13jl support immediately.
• OTP verification is required for account access and sensitive account actions. Keep your registered mobile number active and accessible.

13jl may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account restrictions or suspension until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 13jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 13jl does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and local e-wallets. Specific channels available are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same channel used for the original deposit where possible. Exceptions may be made with verification.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 13jl.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. 13jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 13jl are subject to these Terms, as well as specific rules applicable to each game type or sports betting market. By placing a bet, you accept the rules governing that specific event or game.

• Bets are confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation from the Platform. Confirmation is your responsibility to check before the event begins.
• In the event of a system error, 13jl reserves the right to void any affected bets.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in PHP upon settlement of the relevant event or game.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at 13jl's discretion unless live betting is explicitly supported for that event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• 13jl reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on specific markets or for specific accounts if irregularities or policy violations are detected.

No betting strategy, system, or pattern guarantees a profit. All games and betting markets carry inherent risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Only bet or wager with amounts you are comfortable losing.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

13jl may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the promotion is active. General principles that apply to all 13jl promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary per promotion.
• Bonus funds and promotional winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Full terms are specified per promotion.
• 13jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in disqualification, bonus forfeiture, and possible account closure.
• 13jl's decision on any promotion-related matter is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 13jl Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in accessing the Platform while they are self-excluded or otherwise restricted.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform outside of its normal use.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for mutual advantage on poker, casino, or sports markets.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or recall a legitimate deposit after placing bets using those funds ("chargeback fraud").

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies as appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

13jl is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Online gaming and sports betting are entertainment activities — not income sources, and never a guaranteed way to make money. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

If at any point you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, or if it is affecting your finances, work, relationships, or wellbeing, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool or contact our support team to have limits placed on your account. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

13jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Your account is identified as a duplicate of another registered account.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. For accounts closed at your own request without a violation, any remaining balance after pending bets are settled will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond 13jl's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or event information.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Changes to These Terms

13jl may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable law, or operational policy. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players directly through their account or via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure through our support team.
